Email deliverability largely depends on email reputation and technology services used. Email reputation is determined by the content that is sent to the user and the reputation of the sender.

LeadFormix dedicatedly manages relationships with ISPs to get Feedback loop information to ensure customer complaints are promptly handled and avoided and, to be considered as a “white listed” sender. Regular audits of client domains are conducted to ensure that they are not blacklisted. Security policies are also audited to ensure that emails are signed with the right certifications (SPF, DKIM) to authenticate the validity of the emails.

Email Reputation

Email Reputation is the “opinion” of receiving ISPs of the email sender. It can be viewed like a credit score i.e. a numerical classification of the “reliability” of the sender. Just like a credit score there are things that can be done by the sender to improve their reputation.

Email Reputation is determined by both the content that is sent to the user and the reputation of the sender. The reputation of a sender depends on many factors -

  • Ensuring that IPs used for sending are not blacklisted
  • Ensuring that authentication mechanisms are used (like SPF,DKIM)
  • Ensuring that ISP feedback information is effectively utilized (removal of spam complaints etc.)

What does LeadFormix do to improve its Email Reputation?

LeadFormix follows multiple steps to ensure that emails sent using our system are successfully delivered
