
Srihari Kumar – CEO
Srihari has been a co-founder or early employee of a string of successful Silicon Valley startups, including VXtreme (acquired by Microsoft), Yodlee (acquired in part by Warburg Pincus), InMage Systems (the largest independent Continuous Data Protection provider), and RingCube (winner of the 2009 Product of the Year for Desktop Virtualization). Srihari was a key member of the team that built the first version of Windows Media Server and Windows Media Player at Microsoft, and invented the concept of hypervideo for which he holds the patent. Srihari also worked as a Computer Science Researcher for SRI (Stanford) International, Philips Research, and the UCSD Computer Science Department. Srihari earned a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai, an MS in Computer Science from Washington University, and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.

Shreesha Ramdas – COO
Prior to co-founding LeadFormix, Shreesha was co-founder of OuterJoin, enabling B2B and B2C customers to assemble online marketing strategies and execution plans. Before that, Shreesha drove new business development at Catalytic Software, where he was instrumental in initiating key accounts including Viacom, Countrywide and Orange. He has also held key management positions at MW2 Consulting and Yodlee, where he held the role of General Manager of its offshore center. Shreesha started his career with Sprint India before joining Tata Consultancy Services, where he managed the development and maintenance of a retail banking software product. Shreesha has a Bachelor of Engineering in computer science and an MBA in marketing and systems.

Gary Katz
Gary Katz is a visionary and thought leader in the emerging Marketing Operations field.He has managed initiatives in marketing, communications, public relations, investor relations, and employee communications in the technology sector: Siemens, Sun Microsystems, ShoreTel, eTrigue, and other companies. Consulting clients include Anritsu, BitDefender, Health Strategies Group, IBM CastIron, LexisNexis, NetApp, and other firms. Gary earned his BA in Public Relations from San Jose State University and his Master’s degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. He created the first-ever university course on Marketing Operations, as an instructor at University of California Santa Cruz Extension. He is a past national Board Member of the Business Marketing Association, past president of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, and past track chair for the Marketing Operations Management Symposium from 2005-2008. Gary is a Certified Strategic Planning Process Facilitator by the Institute of Cultural Affairs. Gary’s articles on Marketing Operations have been published by Chief Marketer, MarketingProfs, Automate, The Journal of Digital Asset Management, and other publications.

Merlin Francis – Director of Communications
Merlin has over a decade of combined experience in the field of print and television Media, PR and Corporate communications. This includes her 3 year stint as an entrepreneur running a successful public relations and event management consultancy. Merlin has an inquisitive and innovative approach to strategy, which helps in giving her a deeper insight into the different aspects of marketing. At LeadFormix, she is part of the core strategic team and also handles public relations, social media and backlink building activities for the company and its clients. As an individual she believes that hands-on experience is the best way to learn. Prior to LeadFormix, she has worked in various capacities with companies like Weber Shandwick, TV Today Network, ANI Reuters Television and Asian Age.

Teena Gomes – Content Head
Teena is responsible for the content strategy at LeadFormix. In her career spanning over 10 years, she has worked in the various segments of the Content & Knowledge Management spectrum, right from Knowledge Creation and Delivery to strategic Knowledge Management transformation projects. Before taking over as Content Head at LeadFormix, where she handles various facets of content marketing, she worked for IBM as a Program Manager in the KM space. She has also worked in PR, media and Corporate Communications earlier. An avid reader, a food blog author, a doting wife and a mother of an active toddler, Teena wants to create a niche for herself in the content strategy and marketing space.

Sathya Ramaganapathy – Director Marketing
Sathya Ramaganapathy is Director of Marketing at LeadFormix. Sathya has extensive experience in the online marketing domain, having handled various aspects of marketing strategy and tactical campaigns. Prior to LeadFormix, she has held Business Development, Sales and Channel Management roles with companies such as The Times of India and start-ups such as JobStreet and Indiainfo. Sathya holds an MBA in Marketing.
