Srihari Kumar - CEO

Srihari Kumar has been a co-founder or early employee of a string of successful Silicon Valley startups, including VXtreme (acquired by Microsoft), Yodlee (acquired in part by Warburg Pincus), InMage Systems (the largest independent Continuous Data Protection provider), and RingCube (winner of the 2009 Product of the Year for Desktop Virtualization). At MarketForceOne, Srihari seeks to revolutionize the enterprise lead generation space by creating an ecosystem that rewards enterprise focused publishers (e.g., enterprise bloggers) and deliver significant value to enterprise sales and marketing professionals.

Srihari started his career at VXtreme, an internet video pioneer acquired by Microsoft. After it was acquired by Microsoft, he continued working in the Microsoft's Windows NT division, where he designed key capabilities leveraged in the Windows Media Server and Player. While doing graduate research, Srihari invented the concept of hypervideo for which he holds the patent. Srihari also worked as a Computer Science Researcher for SRI (Stanford) International, Philips Research, and the UCSD Computer Science Department where he published over 15 papers in prestigious journals and conferences.

Srihari earned a B.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Chennai, an M.S. in Computer Science from Washington University, and an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business.


Shreesha Ramdas - Chief Operating Officer

Shreesha Ramdas brings over 15 years of product. engineering and business development experience to MarketForceOne. As Chief Operating Officer at MarketForceOne, Shreesha is responsible for operations which includes professional services, product support & customer service.

Prior to starting MarketForceOne, Shreesha was co-founder of OuterJoin, enabling B2B and B2C customers assemble online marketing strategies and execution plan. Prior to that Shreesha came from Catalytic Software where he was instrumental in initiating key accounts like Viacom, Countrywide and Orange. Shreesha joined Catalytic from MW2 Consulting, where he was responsible for setting up and managing the company's offshore practice. While there Shreesha was also responsible for developing the company's relationship with Hewlett Packard into an account. Prior to MW2 he was Director of Content Services at Yodlee, responsible for building content sources for clients like Bank of America, American Express, Citi, and Wachovia. He also built Yodlee's offshore center and took on the role of its General Manager. Shreesha started his career with Sprint India before joining Tata Consultancy Services, where he managed the development and maintenance of a retail banking software product. Shreesha has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and an MBA in marketing and systems.

Sushil Jha - Chief Sales Officer

Sushil Jha has 22 years of global experience in sales in software industry. As Chief Sales Officer of MarketForceOne, he is responsible for sales, strategic partnerships and business development. 

 Sushil started his career with ICL, UK, (currently a Fujitsu division) and then moved to R Systems, US focusing on building sales organization for consulting services. Next, he was the VP of sales for Satyam Infoway, the largest India ISP and internet portal and for Catalytic Software, an offshore outsourcing firm with focus on building world class software products for Silicon Valley technology companies. Prior to cofounding MarketForceOne, Sushil was a cofounder and CEO of OuterJoin, an online marketing firm pioneering a new integrated multi-channel marketing approach.

Sushil earned Bachelor in Engineering (majoring in Electronics) from National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli in India and M.B.A. (majoring in Marketing) from Mumbai University in India. His passion is to help enterprise vendors as well as publishers derive significant benefits from MarketForceOne's unique technology in lead generation and grow profitably.
